I like the towel, but you should have chosen a all white one. The blue by her right leg is distracting. Her expression isn't flattering to her either.
And, (there's more!) if you use a smaller f-stop (ie f16 instead of f5.6, and move her away from the background, it would appear seemless. Or at least more-so. We wouldn't see the wrinkles in the cloth. Or at least move her further from the background, and keep the larger f-stop. It would help.
