Well the direct translation would be amicably, but we wouldn't use it in this way (as a closing).
Hmmm... maybe "I wish you well" or even "well wishes" would be appropriate (though they are slightly formal)?
"Take care" is also a phrase that would casual enough for a forum post (don't want to be too formal).
