haha yes that is just typical! Strange that it´s usually the men that are bored - do they only want to sit in a pub and drink beer or watch football instead of doing it?*LOL* No, actually I also get impatient when shopping with my mother. I´m no great shopper, but I do like to spend time in a museum having no clock running. Take care dear friend

LOL Annemette... Being a teenager is hard work... Not an adult, not a kid... Great candid family shot and title is spot on...:)))
Just reading the comments by Patrick and Jan... It is so very familiar here also...:)))
My Father, stands or sits patiently with his hands folded outside shops waiting for Mum... mind, he usually ends up talking to people and then Mum has to wait until he's ready ~~GRIN~~... Where as Colin, my husband, would always be right there LOL... Must admit, our son was pretty good, he still loves history etc...
Extra nice visual Annemette...:)))
Onie...

*LOL* I should place your face on his body then! I´ve seen many of these men patiently being dragged around in museums and shops. I turn into one like you and Simon when my mother is in a store. She can spend hours in such a place, and I only want to get out, so I can relate to the feeling;-) Take care and be brave next time you´re going to a museum!

I really enjoyed this picture, Annemette. It is not only a typical bored twelve year old; this could be me while my wife wanders around a museum! :) :) Love it. --Best to you, Jan

Hmm... I suppose it is impossible to be both mute and capable of monosyllabic speech, so I shall save my ass by inserting the words 'in turns'.

Oh yes, the sulky teenager... mute and only capable of monosyllabic speech, except when he or she is hungry when the sweet blessing of language miraculously returns. I am SO glad I will never be that age again...
