I like the vignetting - it seems to have been done with great restraint, and adds a lot to the impact of a well-composed picture.

andy, no the vignetting came from the crappy canon software for my scanner. can't get vuescan to see my scanner for some reason now. tried to fix it in photoshop but things went very bad very quickly.
now if only the surf would come back so i could get myself into a few barrels, life would be good... 8)

Man, you're definitely getting the hang of this Sean. Very cool composition and colors in this one. Is the darker areas around the edges due to the housing? The slight vignetting, whatever the source, works really well.
