I like this portrait layout and the every day life sense it conveys. The path is inviting and causes some sort of homesickness/longing of some sort...

I'm liking the great sense of energy centered on the bright central figure on the bicycle. The people walking compare formally with the utility poles, presumably for electric and communications. The one utility line, high across the top, seems to hold the entire scene. Lastly, the grayness of the road unifies the image, providing and denying perspective. I think perhaps it's a talent to make an interesting and relevant image of the seeming mundane.

Me gusta, txules. Me encanta la normalidad de los personajes, cada uno a lo suyo. Y me gusta el tratamiento del color. muxus, malules

no, doesn't work for me. if you didn't pump up the saturations selectively, maybe it could have worked as a listless scene from daily life... you are in one of your bad moods today, eh ?

There's another incongruity: the kid at the centre looks straight out of the first world, but the rest of the shot looks so third world. Good street work Regards, Gary

So much detail - the buildings, the electricity poles, the cables, the people, the lines on the street... and yet the street is remarkably empty! So, you've captured quite a conundrum here.

lovely one txules...love the way the path leads the viewers' eyes deep into the frame...the vivid costume of the boy on cycle stands out remarkably against the almost monochromo road criss-crossed by the tyre-marks...a good street-shot indeed. Regards, subhranil.
