very moody...nice soft lights...quite ambient picture this is...love the burst of wave against the rocks too...but personally i would have loved to crop out the paved path in the foreground...nevertheless a great image!

storm and timing.. i like it and very well done!
(IMHO also i I have tried with multiple pier and / or sea,maybe with have increased the dramatic moment of blurry-sea; but is my simple and humble opinion)
