The closed head looks like a snake sneaking up on that bug with the massive muscle man thighs. I know its not a snake as ive been watching it for a while and it hasnt moved :) The flower is in perfect condition so the bug hasnt eaten any of it. Probably full on bread crumbs hahaha.

Wow.. the flower seems to fly in the wind..with the insect. This latter has found the best way to travel .. No stop joking, this is a really nice shot in which you have well controlled the light and you have perfectly used the power of the DOF. The presence of the closed flower in the surrounding adds comething to the whole composition.
This is nicely seen and well composed Miss N.

Another beautiful floral/nature study sweet Nicki with a wonderful golden tone of yellow and a bonus beetle of some sort. Your dof has provided a superb bokeh and I just love the bud which is just beginning to show it's yellow tips prior to bursting into full bloom.
