Dear Tiro, thank you for your comment. Actually I do believe that without that boat passing by this picture would lose a lot... I didn't want to capture just the famous view on Piazzetta, but also some kind of contract to this notoriously known place... that blurred boat helped me to create the mood I wanted to achieve, to have the viewer think more about it.

Love the mood in this one, the grainy effect too. The lights are wonderful and the tones are simply delicious. It's marvellous. However, I'm not sure that I like the movement (a boat?) in the background. It changes the mood in the picture in a way the puzzles mi a bit...
