Somehow it was chosen by Staff for award though, I don't think they'd choose kitch (in my opinion it's not, as well). You know what, the impressionists were considered as "kitch" too, just because they didn't fit "officially recognised rules". I like the idea in this photo, so did the Staff it seems, and many other Photographers here. De gustibus non est disputandum.
