Not mine but every woodpecker has poor eyesight but a brilliant hearing.
He can hear the patter of ants.
I know this seems impossible as well as the fact that buzzard sees a small 3 inch mouse in the thick grass from a height of 100 to 500 feet.

Man can not do that but wildlife so.
This is an important tree and you want to save this brush with dense natural fat. Vermin will become extinct and the tree will be reborn.

Your normal woodpecker will eat larva, but the sap sucker laps up the sap and doesn't eat larva.

This tree must be unwell He must have a lot of worms. Woodpecker never looking where nothing there.
Knock,knock ... nothing will find then is flying away.
