A quiet and simple composition...it's a challenging subject you have chosen (because this is a common theme:) but it works for me....I find that, like your flower images, your toning and lighting choices make these images special.

Simply fantastic looking composition here...You found a very shinny track here... I like how you can see the tree and the pole in it's reflection. I like your choice for Black and white and I feel it only makes your image stronger. Nice detail in the rocks as well...All very well done here Jay!

I love the gleam of the steel, like the blade of the knife reflecting nature back in some parody of itself, and the way the lines relate to one another the tones are perfect... a great mind and a great eye can take the most ordinary scene and take it to a level of genius... you have this gift.
