Gil,
Hey wow..... I'm glad I looked through my previous comments and checked out your work again. As you well know this was a favourite photo of mine when teh tide was out,.... I see you been in with your bare feet this time and got an equaly, if not better, caprture of teh same place just with teh changing tides.
Top work. This gives me inspriration to go back to some old haunts of mine for a second look.
This is just good, good, good!
Rgds, Matt

Impressive work Gil, mostly because of the lighting and the water's clarity at reflections. Also VERY original work. The B&W choice of yours is nice at this subject.

Hi Gil: Very impressive shot above , graceful play of light and form. Excellent compositin, choice of BW, and exposure. I liked your entire portfolio very much
Also, thanks for your suggestions on my "Don Quioxte" . I am not fully satisfied myself...the sun was too bright and harsh...will try your suggestions.

a great perspective captured here along with good tones and contrast...though I might do a little work on the brightest area...does tend to pull the eye there...do you do any post work? a little selective leveling would help that...though it really does not distract that much...I think the real eye catcher is the rippled reflective water

Very very nice B&W. I love the reflections on the water in the fopreground, and the background lighting gives this a mysterious quality too. I've been to Pismo Beach-- long ago. Nice shot, and good eye.

I'm impressed with this. The exposure seems right on, from the very light area upper left to the dark area bottom right. A mood & feeling are conveyed wonderfully in this image. Excellent

This looks great to me...Kind of looks more like a rectangle than a Square to me but in any case... I like the composition and the light shining through the beams.
