i love this model! you have a snapshot style that cuts away a lot of the pretty-girl gloss. you are using harsh light well, i think.

The image appears grainy. I agree with using a softer light. The photo is kinda muted. And most importantly BURN IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER!!! its way too distracting!

Try using softer lighting and have it off to one side, then you wont get the harsh direct flash & it will make the photo much more emotionally appealing, a good start though
