Hi Marcel, this is a real sweet child-portrait, I like it a lot!
In the meantime I have sold the 18-55mm original-lense and I have bought me: Canon50mm,1,8,II and Sigma105mm,2,8Macro. Both are ok....

No it doesn't ruin the beauty of this picture to show us the original. It's still wonderful. I have dandelion blowing pictures in my portfolio too because I love them. They make me think happy childhood thoughts. You are right about the Tiny Dancer Unfettered picture...it does look like the Vietnam one, which also makes me very sad when I look at it. Heartbreaking! But this time was a very happy time and Tiny Dancer was estatic about getting to run in the open totally unfettered. Like the original of your Simple Pleasure photo, I had to clone out other people, a trash can, and a picnic table. Well I'm running on, sorry, thanks again, Rhonda

Hi, Marcel. Great shot here. The black and white is perfect. I immediately noticed at least a couple of classic compositional techniques applied here that work perfectly; notably, the rule of thirds and the simple, uncluttered background. Well done.
