I really like this shot but I think if you were to go F22 on 60 seconds you would get stars in the lights and it would make it more crystal clear. You did pick a good time of the photo, because the sky just lights up. great shot.

Excellent sharpness where it needs to be sharp, and smoothness where it should be... you've created a very creative image here with the varying colours and lines.
At first I thought that the right side felt a bit heavy, with the bridge towers and the dock, but the more I look at it, the more my eyes flow over this image with ease.
