Tim: Yes, it's a scan from a bw print... a cheap Philips parallel scanner 5 years old.
And I noticed that all scans from this scanner looks this way. The scanner I have at hoffice (HP Scanject) is even worse... :-(

it's not lance but i still like it. well done. it looks slightly non-sharp but i assume that cause it's a scan.
