Interesting eye. This is a cool composition I like the lines and I like the sense of depth created on the left by the hole (I'm never sure what the technical term for that hole is on a speaker). I'm wondering whether a smaller aperture might have given a different effect. The DOF seems to fall off quite suddenly here, whereas a slightly smaller aperture might have allowed the DOF to fade more gradually. Not really a critique so much as food for thought. I think this is a really eye-catching composition as it is.

i think since we're used to dof falling off foreground to background and you have it heading left to right here it makes for a weird sort of abstract effect for sure, the b&w conversion is great, geometrical goodness with shape and shadows, melikey
