This is a good sequence capture and presentation, the red is great. (I'm too embarrased to post my moon shots... and I won't even mention my Mars shots from the closest approach, lol.)

Rodger,
Your image of totality looks noticably smaller than the other images in the sequence. Does it belong in this set? This was a relatively shallow total eclipse and most other images from totality have a brightening on the southern part of the moon.

Nice Rodger, I wish my shot of totality had come out as red as yours. I could never get rid of a small sliver of sunshine on the lower right, maybe it's because your location was different. Anyway, good job I like your progression of the phases. Thanks for commenting on my lunar montage. About the digital zoom: this was the first time I'd tried using it, I'd always been suspicious of it because of the noise issue. I thought I'd try it and the noise was horrible with pixel "jaggies" around the edges. I had to manually cut them out. If I'd kept to using just the 10X optical zoom of my camera and then zoomed afterward using PS I would have had much sharper images than I did. It wasn't too bad for my first attempt at something like this, so I'm happy to chalk it up to experience.
regards, Charlie

Nice multi-image. I lost the moon in the clouds shortly after the start. (Posted yesterday)...Thank you for your comments on my Stress Relief sunrise, Weather is great now, I would only see 30's or 40's a few days a year, must be in high 70's right now. Regards, Bill C.
