P.S. Answering (late...sorry) at your question on(http://www.usefilm.com/image/262651.html): that effect is achieved acting on levels and using the Dodge, Burn and Sponge tools in PS. Just follow the original lighting and enhance the shot through these tools and your creativity. At the end, you can use a slight blurring keeping safe the areas of main interest. Hope this can help.
