Hi, Matej! I also feel there's some story although I don't know which sort of story it might be; maybe the man does. The building seems to overwhelm him, maybe his entire life does. In another church photo a cat happened to pop into the scene. The airplane trail was unintentional, and I cleaned it out in later versions, as I felt it a bit disturbing when viewed here. It's quite hard for me to solve some failures of linearity and direction even with PS, when using the very wide angle side of the lens; what I can assure is that it's vertical, and that I took it straight in front of it. The ground itself isn't level. After several perspective corrections and skews that turned out even worse I gave up on this one.
For me, the inclusion of the man takes the photo from a simple architecture shot to a nice little documentary. It makes me perceive the existence of a story, even though I have no idea what that story is :-) Oh, I have just now noticed the title, now that's a curious twist. (Yes, there's the cross, but the building doesn't look anything like the churches I'm used to seeing.) It makes me wonder whether you intended the airplane that had just entered the frame on the right to symbolise a shooting star or something :-) Now then, isn't the church leaning towards the left a little bit?
