Captive Pure Wolf---Close-up. Natural Sunlight refracted through my lense creating the glare on the image. I like to think it was the Wolf's Spirit Aura, embracing the camera lens.
Hi Lora Thanks for your comment on my picture. The picture of the wolf is taken at the Zoo of Basle, Switzerland. There was no description where he came from. It is awful but in my opinion these wolves don't have enough room. They just run back and forth. It hurts me to watch this. Your shot of the wolf is really great. I also adore wolves and love them too much to see them in captivity. Is this a timber wolf? Greets, Brigitte
Hi Lora, What a great shot, I don't think that I ever told you that I spent about 10 years making and performing the Native American Flute. In 1995 I recorded an album called Wind Journey's and the most powerful song on the CD was a song called "Through Wolf's Eyes" This picture embodies everything that song was about. It was originally written after watching a PBS special on the near extermination of the Wolf in this country by the hands of the white man. Really beautiful picture.
I did a quick photoshop clean up on it just for fun.
First, Thanx for you're comment on my picture. I don't understand why u got only one comment on this picture, becose it is very nice. There are only a few strange spots at the left of his left eye. And 2 mysterious bands of light. Mabe u can photoshop it a bit and crop it to only the eye's. Becose i think that is the best part of the photo. Ciao, Lex
