The lighting is just perfect to catch the atmosphere of this place. Flash would have spoiled it. I like how the window light lights up the oil painting on the wall and the statue on the right. Wonderful image!

I am impressed, Bente. You have coped well with a very difficult lighting situation.Of course there are quite a few underlit areas but the important thing is you have captured the essence of the place.I'm pleased you didn't use flash here, although it would have had to be quite powwrful to help in such a large space. Your camera was hnd-held - the figures are a little blurred but that was unavoidable in the circumstaneces. I think the inclusion of the statue on the right adds perspective to the image.
