Hey Doug,
I like this even better in black & white.
What if you spot colored specific areas;like make just her lips red?
Remember, it's the "color" mode on the Photoshop brush.

Nice picture but it would be nice to able to see her face and also, the picture doesn't look as sharp as it could be. Good job!!
