Hi Cas, I like the picture, and the lighting. A few things though, I would prefer a bit softer light too maybe. But most important, I would use a reflector or a little fill flash to soften the shadows on her face. The advantage of using a fill flash would be that you get the small catch-lights in her eyes, which I miss a bit here.

Yeah, if you want a more flattering portrait you need to soften the light or add some fill so that the girl is separated from the background. Is this the effect you were trying to achieve ?

ok, :) i find the lighting, no enoff, i would have a bit more for her front, and allso her hair lighted as well, because the hair plays an inportant part in portraits,, ive dun this just to give you an idear, :)
