Well done, I agree with the above post in regards to texture and shadows etc. I think this does very well in black and white. I?m going to have to go to Greenfield village soon and see what else is out there. You might think of visiting the Henry Ford estate next time you?re in Dearborn; it?s free admission to the grounds and breathtaking scenery/architecture shots.
The thing that striked me the most about this photo, is the detail and texture. The lighting is awesome aswell, but the texture is the part that is really gettting to me. I can't rememeber when I've seen such perfect detail in a picture, it not only sets the mood, but brings it "more to life", Howard, excellent, this is what professionalism is all about. Absolutley breath taking...awesome job.
