A fascinating image. The other side of the world from the people who live in the public parks... The overall sepia tone with the odd flashes of colour is unusual and slightly unsettling. I suppose that is due to the unusual combination of light... If it had been film, I would have wondered about reciprocity. Dunno nuffin about digital effects, though.

Hi Rog, Love those deep tones. Very moody and somewhat omnious... Very well composed, and a very good DOF and shaprness. Great shot! The trees in the background seem a bit dodged, or bloody well exposed...;o) Good work!

Cheers,

Hugo

thanks david..it has changed for the better...still a sleepy place but they have stopped the highway going through..so it is taking on a bit of coffee bars in the street scene as a few folk move into the town from byron...it can't be built up though..rog

Great image Roger.
Nice light.
Everytime I see or hear about Brunswick Heads it reminds me of the best beach holiday I ever had at BH way back in 1974, as well as the death of my grandmother shortly after, who was with us on that trip :(
Has the place changed much since then? :)
