Such a beautiful abstract shape. The opaque blackness makes it all the more dramatic. I love the blue, which is really the only color here. Very nice job. I'm excited to see more of your work.

Gotta say it... this is mucho cool-o! :) Good to see you on here, Yami! I like the symbolism of the bright sun forming a halo around the subject and the fact that you can still make out detail in the figures. I think what John is suggesting would be interesting, too - but it would be a whole different picture, wouldn't it? Good one - keep em' coming!

since this is mainly a silhouette shot, i would probably change it to black and white, wait for a more overcast day, and expose for the clouds, that way they wont be so blown out. plus, on an overcast day with a stormy darkened sky, you could expose correctly for the clouds while still even retaining some detail to the statue.
