Hey Greg,
you seem to love shooting the coastline and have some wonderful shots. Rainbows are not only difficult to capture, but also difficult to find - specially when you are out with a camera. This is a wonderful shot. It could be a bit sharper though. Thanks for your comment on my photo.

Thanks for the kind words on my myfly photo, I wondered what you menat " fishing season just around the corner" it where you are !! Well i have 3 sons who are really great expert class fly fishermen , In fact one was on ESPN " Great Outdoor Challenge" last month, and they now NZ has some great fishing. !

HI Paolo.
No filter used here. We had been up looking around the lighthouse and were on our way home when I looked back the rainbow was there and I had to shoot qiuck as it was moving up the coast quickly. I took about 5 before it went at different shutter , F stops but this was the only good one. Thanks for your support on this photo.

Hi Greg, Much better with the straightened horizon. It was already noticable fom the first thumbnail.... I love the brightness of the rainbow. Very well captured. The rain obscuring the clear view on the horizon is also a good touch. Very simple, but effective composition.
