Very nice Cary, The pink does appear that it is some overexposed. The green is beautiful as it is farther from the flash and has less exposure. Don.

Dr. Springmann, I did notice the similarities in preference. I like to go where the normal person might not, to inner workings of things and to reveal them in different light. to try to take the ordinay and turn it into extraordinay. It doesn't always work like planned or seen, but the experimentation is what keeps it fresh. Thanks for the comment and keep on shooting, Cary

I see a great resemblance between your priorities in photography and mine, Mr. Shaffer. It is perhaps not obvious in the last photos I posted, but definitely in those showing the light emanating from inside flowers and the insides of flowers in general, posted a few weeks ago. Your "Fire" is, perhaps, not a typical exammple, but your "Lightning" and your "Fancy dancer" are.
Thank you for your generous comment on my "Micro grasshopper", which is close to typical for my priority.
