This is fantastic Rebecca. What an incredible tunnel and atmosphere. Love the tones and textures and the pièce de résistance are those twinkling star lights. Love the 'low thrill threshold' line'. I am the same way, you know, when you load that pic, get a good look at it and then you do the little woohoo dance around the PC. That is what I love about photography. Not that the tree line is perfect, the colours the exact saturation, etc. but that an image speaks to you. It touches your heart and soul and a song dances through your mind. You can conjure up a story with one look.

Fantastic.....it?s like a tunnel to hell. I also like the curved line of lights and the rough surface of the walls. My thrill treshold is also very low and I?ll probably have a dream tonight about Belsebub chasing me in this tunnel.

It's often " My escape", Neal. Yes, you can be there. It's over a walking trail we have here. It's always a little spooky though.. lol.. Especially if there are no other people on the trail. You enter it, hoping you don't meet up with Jack the Ripper! lol The pic I took before with a film camera was with a tripod. But after that day, walking about 3 miles, with a tripod and heavy camera bag, I decided, never again!

Very nice portrayal of what must have been a difficult subject. Were you supposed to be down in there? Is this the escape tunnel?

Looks like shooting stars. This one doesn't look nearly as scary as Ghost shot. I like the tone and texture of the walls.

I like it too. I guess we all need to "get a life"...become more cynical and jaded so we can be fashionably disdainful of such things. ;-)
