The sepia effect and the look in the baby's eyes are wonderful.
Me too agree about the shallow DOF, otherwise, it's a nice portrait for this lovely child.

What a little doll.

A shallower DOF would have allowed the BG to be blurred more, keeping the focus on the baby instead of the messy background.
