I think it was a good idea to photograph this scene as a silhouette. The frame also works very well here. I have only one small remark about the presentation: the image seems unsharp, but I think it is due to the JPEG compression. If the image is compressed too much, this causes halos around areas of high contrast. It is particularly visible if you have strong silhouettes. So you may improve the image by choosing a larger file size (will less compression).

I like how you did this one Amna. Very creative you are! Love the composition, with all the space above the 'work line'!
This is great in black and white, I really don't think color would have an much impact.

This is excellent Amna! I wished it was sharper, but obviously the conditions aren't very helpful. Anyway, converting it to B&W is a righ choice since it looks more dramatic (i.e serving the purpose of the image and complimenting your title -suffering- "although we are suffering from the noise as well lol"). Heck, these never ending contsructions always attract me as well but, I never got the chance to be shoot such constructions partly because I am always driving in a rush -_-!
Well, I don't think there is anything to fix over here. I really love it, especially the pouring of the (cement/sand/whatever) gives it exceptional life.
Can't wait to see the rest!

The backlighting works perfectly here, you build up great silhouette figures highly interested, the background (sky) helped too much in bringing out such magnificent subject, Saeed

Hi Amna; very strong shot; the grey background and the silhouettes in the foreground create a very powerful atmosphere. Very creative job, and it works very well in B&W, as it fits with the atmosphere; the burden of every day life. Superbly composed.
