Very lovely image. You must have a very kin eye to notice this scenario!
If I were you, I would consider the following digital alterration. (The image is fantastic as is, but tis version may have its own meaning).
I would carefully remove the person in the background (should be very easy with Photoshop) and will center the image so that the tree is in the middle. That way you will achive from my point of view an interesting symmetrical variation.
Please let me know if you decide doing it.
