Oi, Rodrigo... vai falar que não gosta de croppings..mas aqui, tirar o menino era necesário..não da forma como colocaram aqui... perde toda a composição...
Fiz uma sugestão, trabalhando em camadas e exagerando modificações para ilustrar...Beijinho!

Yes, I thought that you wanted to capture both of the children. It's a matter of taste. I've been looking at your photographs and you are so excellent it would be difficult to find fault with any of your photos - just a matter of preference.

Yes, she is really a good subject, and i tried to do a photo just with her, but it was impossible... heheheh
However, i really dont like to do "crops" in images, and a think that the composition with the two kids gives movement and context, then i choose put it here. :)

The little girl is a good subject so I would have cut out the extra from around her to bring her as the total focus of the photograph.
