Stunning! Personally, I respect but do not agree with the missing ear comment...I think that a full ear would impose upon her eyes. The expression on her face is like that of the Mona Lisa...what was she thinking right then? Beautiful composition and capture. I would love hang this picture in my home.

Linda, I will be sending you a 8 x 11,5 inches picture at 300 dpi to your e-mail. That will probably do it.
Me and my wife are both medical doctors (I am a neurosurgeon and she is a gynecologist). She uses to be very involved in our community with pregnant teenagers so she loved the idea.

Carmem, já que vai comprar um gravador, compre um de DVD (hoje está muito barato) e lhe dá muito mais opções de uso além de uma capacidade de armazenamento muito maior.
Obs. Se você conhecer a Beatriz pessoalmente verá que ela é "fogo na roupa". Quando encontra alguém que lhe dá atenção ela gruda no colo que nem um gato e não tem quem tire. Ela é muito boa de choro também...

You are right. I tried to crop out the ear but I found the result a little odd. It is a pity I didnt include the whole ear in the original shot.

I just checked and the ear is missing in the original image. It is not Photoshop?s fault.
I tried to leave a little lighter, with softer shadows. Is it any better?

This is really cute kid and nice portrait, except cropping is too tight bit more space under chine and also ear is missing, also tonal range is bit too hard just softer tone and picture will be perfect, still nice B&W picture .. ir
