Aaah, a real beauty. The wide angle lens really does the job. I use 20mm non-fisheye (already addicted to it ;)

great perspective bobby and composition. I like the "distortion effect" of the fish-eye very very much!

bobby, good to see you are having fun with that fisheye ;^) i got me the 10.5mm last fall but havent found the right spot. you seem to have a knack for it. excellent perspective. i don't know what this memorial looks like to mere mortals but you made it look great. as a thumbnail i thought it would be the inside surface of a cupola or some such structure. very well done!
take care, tom

As always Bobby...excellent ! You sir have a great eye. I was a bit surprised when I seen you shot this with a film camera, I'm planning on buying a film camera that will accept the lenses that I already own.....sometime in 2005. Happy New Year. Lee

Hi Bobby, First of all a very happy 2005 to you!
A dazzling perspective in this photo. Not so sure if the toning is the most apropriate choice, but then again, I haven't seen the original, and that's very subjective. I only think it's more conventional then the setup and look in this shot, if you know what I mean. The composition, as well as the camera angle are very well balanced.
Cheers,
Hugo

A strong geometry indeed, with the lights and shadows, and oooohh how did you adjust this building here, it is like a part of the geometry, very well perspective, and good eye you have 7
