Great subject and contrast of the subjects especially the central lady's face. A suggestion would be to keep it tight and get rid of some of the sky ie crop lower and the lamp looks a little "over-cooked". Only an idea

This is a nice composition you've done here Sunrise.. As if the time was stopped with the old woman in the background on the stair.I like the contrast that you used for the three persons and the light on the face of the woman in the foreground. This allows to see the face and realize the oldness of her.
In MHO, I would increase the light of the background..
