Viewing your portfolio, I notice a great attention to detail when it comes to the eyes. There's a nice cool frosty feel to this image, I love how the eyes match the cool blue in the background. Very nice~

very interesting effect. Looks like a heavy overosed noise filter. I think it looks very interesting also with those colors. She looks almost frozen. I like it a lot.
