Answer on your question Kareem:
Yes, I'm taking photos whenever I can with ISO 50, because it is least noisy. I'm using manual mode for the night photography and I'm taking a lot of shoots of the same scene until I'm not satisfied.
Sometimes it needs that noise is removed with additional programs like Neat Image or Noise Ninja that are specialized for this functions.

Very nice! how did you avoid the noise???
Or you used Auto mode?? or night mode? or on 50 iso?

Delightful! The shimmering colors of the night lights so crips and clear contrasted with soft shadows of the night and the man walking his dog . . . we can relate. Well seen! Curious about the streak of vertical light at the top left, coming through the tree . . . but it does not distract too much. It does add to the composition, I think.

g'day cameny, nice shot, emotive and well captured, good example of the artist not the equipment makes the image, but too much surrounding black, I'd crop the top 3rd and the right 5th, also bright highlight on tree, top left, is very distracting
