Oh, it's an orchid is it? If it ain't got a label on saying "Weed" or "Flower" I'm TOTALLY lost Larry. What I do know is that it is wonderfully clear shot. Well done.

Damion says it needs to repotted into a bigger pot. The roots with the green tips are live growing roots, care should be taken with these roots. You should repot in the same medium as it already is to the same height that it is. Becareful you don't break the green tipped roots. Orchids gather moisture from the air, not the soil. If it is coming into flower do not repot it. He says it is perfectly normal for them to have loads of roots all over the pots of orchids. He said that they used to get around to repotting when the roots were all over the pots. He used to repot about 1000 orchids each year.

Great detail on the shot, but I know nothing about orchids and I think they are a bit specialised how you look after them, it certainly is getting bigger than the pot though
