I use shadows/Highlights to sho better the darkness building, a little curves, and use one software called "Neat Image" for noise reduction...

Great photo, but a bit too polished. The downmost part, water, is great, but the sky looks too plastic. It won't be bad to try with dodge tool to bring the subject (this boat or house) up from the dark.
