I'm on my 9th day of a planned 31 day cross Canada odessy that won't end until I've reached the arctic circle just pass Eagle Plains, Yukon Territories. Drove from Toronto to just outside of Vancouver, BC the last 9 days. This was taken yesterday morning just outside of Banff national park. So far I've seen (and photographed) 1 black bear, 1 porcupine, a kazillion whitetail deer, a heard of mountain goats, 1 cotton tail rabit and various birdies.
No post processing work on this one. No time !! Hope to check in at either Dawson city or Yellowknife. Wish me luck !!!

I am so jealous right now! I would love to travel across Canada... I think I'm going to have to settle for going to the Yukon next summer until the $$ picks up a little. I look forward to some of your pictures on the trip from Vancouver to the Artic Circle... let me know where some amazing photography spots are! Congrats on the amount of wildlife you've spotted (and photographed!) This mountain goat looks at home standing on the road and he even seems to be posing for you!
