Outstanding composition, and outstanding sky. This would be a terrific landscape on its own; with the sign it becomes so much more. Now you have landscape, news, environment, ecology.
As for what they'll grow, probably corn. The genetically engineered stuff isn't supposed to get into the food chain (showing how little the government knows about growing corn), but they've been testing that stuff for years now. :(
