The hand doesn't bother me at all, actually I think it adds to the composition, I only wish it was more blurry, this is ofcouse my humble opinion, very well done,

I don't mind the hand in the foreground... it's like she's reaching out to the audience. The available light has a darkness/grunge to it that really works for this image. Her face stands out really well as the focal point. Great use of lines in the foreground and background as well!

I like your last portraits for the good composition and the deep darkness, the model?s pose is always original and beautiful, also in this one, the only thing I don?t like here is the hand in foreground, I like the gesture and I think it?s very meaningful, but the hand is much bigger than the other and this disturb me a bit, at least for my taste ;) Bye, Max
