Since it is a dance squad or cheerleading shot I say go with the smile. It's a great shot and cheerleaders are suppose to be peppy. Good composition, I like how you did this.

nice portraits. both are so goood but the girl has a beautiful smile why not to smile then ;) and the no smile pic has an amazing look , in a beautiful eyes actually i'm confused which one to choose , u did a very good work in both that i can't tell which is better best regards
