hello mr.Miller :-)) its not often that people appear in your portfolio, but you have no problem using them to make nice photographs like this one. i may not be as excited as most of the other viewers, but i do like the monochromatic treatment and the mood of the picture. if the white sky was cropped tighter i might like it even more ;-) be happy my friend kostas

Magnum opus! Absolutely superb - the ambivalent associations (nuclear and/or spiritual) makes it even better.

I?m delighted to see this beautiful picture Todd and so aptly titled. To have people in your image is already quite special from you (you know I?m a fan of your urban visions, but it?s fun to depart from the familiar now and then).. As others have said the mystical, the ?religious? is so very present here. Difficult to achieve that particular feeling in a shot without touching on the maudlin or derivative. So impressive what you managed here. I love great images ? this is one!

Hey Todd,
man, this is awesome cool! the perfect overdone highlights with the strong silhouettes are just great. they walk into the unknown. this is the way we all go.
This one has to get an award.
best wishes, Thilo

Incredible. Out of a dream...
I will not ask for technicals or of how you've accomplished this masterpiece. It would be like asking to see the man behind the curtain. The glorious mystery would disappear... and that would not do.
