A very melancholy image. The composition is excellent and the tones are breathtaking. What I find particularly compelling is the subtle coloration of the tattered curtain in the window. Its somehow suggestive of the theme that once life filled this sad old structure. A wonderful piece of work.

This image has a lot of emotional appeal It tells a story that everyone is free to imagine Not only is this composition superb, but the toning and lighting are excellent. Lots of details in here too. I like the coloured remains of what once was a curtain. Wonderfull work, Michaelle

Michealle, this is a great photo. It definately tells the story of a place that was once cherished but now crushed. The tangled wire really add to the photo. And the green tint of the window drape ads a element of "once upon a time" type photo. I like it.
