I really like the title. The image has beautiful details seen in the larger version. All the hardships the lady is facing is reflected on her face. The background wall is with those large bricks is just amazing!

very expressive face,
I believe poverty and innocence are two seperate reallities that some times have overlap.
The photo is excellent and impressive, although I prefer BW mode.

Hi dear,I have posted you some inputs about the colors and black and white shots,I want to add some thing here too,
and it is just an opinion,that could be right or wrong,as you see this a conceptual shot up to the bones and even the title is within the same field,you want to stress something here,and that misery and misfortune,poverty,and ignorance,in here the tinted colors and or B&w accentuates the subject and adds a dimension to it,even it is black by itself,
in this regards I admire your titling the shot as fourth world,that states that poverty is not fair to any one belongs to this world,
