Q. Cleaning seagull

Hello friends

My father handed me a seagull medium format camera he bought 30 years ago. as you may expect, the lens are not in a clean condition. i know many will tell me to send it to a pro for cleaning. have asked around and will cost more than a 2nd hand clean camera.
so if you have experience in stripping this cam and cleaing it, please share your techniques. much appreciated.
