Q. developing time...

Hi folks,
how you have to change the developing time of your roll if you want to modify the contrast. For example, the high-lights, with the light measure applied, "fall" in zone VI and I want to "put" them in zone VII. In wich way the developing time will be modified? One EV correspond to how many time?

According to The Practical Zone System by Chris Johnson, multiply your normal time by 1.4 to shift zone VI to VII. Try using that as a starting point, and refine it by experimentation.
